CRBN.CREDIT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our market data for internal business analysis.

• Prohibited Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license raw data feeds without an Enterprise License.
• Derived Works: You may use the data to create derived indices or internal reports, provided attribution is given to CRBN.CREDIT.

3. API Access & Limits

API access is subject to rate limits defined in your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate access for abusive behavior, including scraping or denial-of-service attacks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, CRBN.CREDIT makes no warranties regarding the completeness or timeliness of carbon market data, which is aggregated from third-party registries and decentralized protocols.
