Not sure which plan? Watch the tools run first
All 17 tools, recorded start to finish on real data. No account needed, nothing to sign up for.
Every plan reads the same database
There is no cut-down database on the cheaper plan. The numbers below are what any account can query from the first minute of the trial.
What the database covers
Reconciled to 1 June 2026, refreshed continuously, and every record carries the date it was established.
Why one price is never the price
A 30.4× spread between the highest and lowest compliance market, a gap of $89.29 a tonne.
This is the reason the Benchmark Tracker is free on every plan. A number that only means something next to the other eighteen is not a number to ration.
What counts as an assessment
Only the 11 of the 17 that compute something substantial. Looking a project up, watching the price board and monitoring your own retirements are free on every plan and always will be, because a tool you have to ration is a tool you stop reaching for.
Counts against your allowance
11One run, one unit. If a run fails to produce a report, the unit goes back.
Free, however often you use them
10The unmetered tools, and the workspace panels that sit alongside them.
These keep working even if a payment fails or a subscription lapses.
Line by line
The only row that differs is the allowance. Everything else is the same on every plan, which is deliberate: a research tool that hides a source behind a higher tier is a tool you cannot trust to have shown you everything.

What one assessment actually returns
Not a number with a logo on it. Each of these is a computed report you can hand to somebody who will argue with it.
Project Auditor
Every published record for one project in one place: registration, methodology, issuance and retirement history, buffer status, and the findings that fall out of comparing them.
Rating Analyzer
A weighted quality score across twelve dimensions, with the weighting shown and every input traceable to the record it came from.
Portfolio Architect
A shortlist assembled against your own criteria, priced where a price is published, with the concentration and the gaps stated rather than smoothed over.
Price Forecast
Scenario ranges built from a market's own measured trend and volatility, with the band it was derived from shown next to it.
Climate Disclosure
A disclosure draft answered from published sources, with every requirement it could not answer named as unanswered rather than filled in.
Scope 3 Identifier
A spend or activity ledger screened against published emission factors, carrying the factor edition and the data quality of each line.
Why it costs a tenth of the alternatives
It is a fair question, and the answer is not that there is less in it. In this category the price is set by how a product is sold, not by how much is in it.
No sales team to pay for
An enterprise contract in this market carries a salesperson, an account manager, a custom agreement and a procurement cycle measured in weeks. That is most of what the five figure minimum buys. You read this page, pick a plan and start. Nobody is paid a commission on it.
The pipeline runs itself
Collection, reconciliation across 7 registries, cross-checking between sources and scoring all run end to end without anybody touching them. The work is in having built it, not in running it, so one more account costs us close to nothing.
Priced on cost, not on leverage
A diligence tool is worth a great deal at the moment you need it, which is exactly why the category prices on what a buyer can be made to pay. We would rather be the one people actually use than the one they budget for and open twice a year.
What a lower price does not mean
It does not mean a smaller database, a cut-down model or a tier with the good data locked in it. There is no enterprise edition here. The 11,659 projects, the 19 compliance markets, the full scoring model and every export are on all three plans, from the first day of the trial.
How the money and the account are handled
Stated plainly, because a vague answer here is worse than a modest one.
No card touches this server
Payment runs entirely inside Paddle's own checkout. They are the merchant of record, they hold the card and the tax details, and your receipt comes from them.
Passwords are hashed
Stored one way only. We cannot read your password, which is why a reset sends a single use link rather than mailing it back to you.
Accounts are isolated
Your ledger, your saved reports and your history are readable only by your own account.
Cancel without asking
One button in your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.
We hold no third party security certification and do not claim one. What is written above is what the code does, and the methodology page sets out where every figure in the product comes from.
Questions about billing
What does CRBN.CREDIT cost?
Three plans, published in full on this page: $99 a month for one analyst, $399 a month for a desk, and $1,600 a year for continuous portfolio work. Every plan includes all 17 tools and the same database, and differs only in how many assessments it carries a month. There is no sales call, no quote and no minimum term.
Why is this so much cheaper than the alternatives?
Because the price in this category is set by how a product is sold, not by how much data is in it. An enterprise vendor carries a sales team, account managers, custom contracts and a procurement cycle measured in weeks, and the five figure minimum is what pays for that. We removed that half of the business, not the other half. Collection, reconciliation and scoring run end to end without anybody touching them, so serving one more account costs us almost nothing, and the price reflects what it costs to run rather than what a procurement process will tolerate.
Does the low price mean less data or fewer features?
No, and this is worth being precise about. Every plan carries all 17 tools, all 11,659 projects across 7 registries, all 19 compliance markets, the full scoring model and every export. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, there is no enterprise edition with the good data in it, and the only thing that differs between the three plans is how many assessments a month you run.
Is this the cheapest carbon market intelligence terminal?
It is among the lowest priced anywhere, and one of very few in the category that publishes a price at all. Carbon ratings and market intelligence platforms normally quote on request and land between roughly $10,000 and $50,000 a year, and a Bloomberg Terminal seat is around $32,000 a year. CRBN.CREDIT starts at $99 a month. Those comparison figures are industry estimates rather than quotes we have been given, which is precisely why ours is printed on the page instead of hidden behind a form.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. A card is taken so the subscription can continue without a second step, and nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and no payment is taken at all.
What counts as an assessment?
The 11 tools that compute a full report: the Project Auditor, Rating Analyzer, Portfolio Architect, Price Forecast, Climate Disclosure, Scope 3 Identifier and the rest. The other 10, including registry lookup, the compliance price board and your own retirement ledger, are never metered on any plan.
What happens when I run out of assessments?
The metered tools pause until the allowance resets, which happens monthly on every plan including the annual one. Lookup, the price board and your retirement ledger keep working the whole time. If you need more in a given month, ask and we will add them.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your account. Moving up takes effect immediately and charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the allowance you have already paid for.
Does the annual plan really reset monthly?
Yes. The Firm plan is billed once a year but the 500 assessments are per month, not per year.
How do I cancel?
One button in your account. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops and does not renew. You can undo it up to that date. There is no retention call and nothing to email.
What if a payment fails?
Assessments pause and everything else keeps working. Updating the card restores them immediately, and nothing you have saved is lost.
Do you store my card?
No. Payment is handled entirely by Paddle, who are the merchant of record for the subscription. No card details ever reach our server, and your invoices come from them.
Is there a per seat charge?
No. The price is per account and the allowance is what differs between plans. There is no per seat multiplier and no charge for adding a country, a registry or a market.
I already had an account before pricing launched. What now?
Nothing changes. Accounts that existed before this keep the access they already had and were not moved onto a plan.
Start with the trial
14 days, every tool, the whole database. If it does not earn its place by day 14, cancel and nothing is charged.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Payment is processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Assessment allowances reset monthly on every plan, including the annual one. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the refund policy, alongside the terms and the privacy notice. Project and market figures on this page are read from the current snapshot at the moment the page is served and carry the date shown beside them.
