How often is this data updated?
This data refreshes automatically as new registry snapshots become available. The exact date each page's data reflects is shown at the bottom of every page, look for "Registry data as of," not the page's load date.

What's the difference between credits issued and credits retired?
Issued credits are how many tonnes of CO₂e a project has been credited for by its registry. Retired credits are how many of those have actually been claimed by a buyer and taken out of circulation. A project can have issued credits that haven't been retired yet.

Does CRBN.credit rate or endorse these projects?
No. This page shows registry-reported facts only, issuance, retirement, category, and location. For independent project quality ratings, see agencies such as BeZero Carbon, Sylvera, or Calyx Global.

Can I buy credits from these projects through CRBN.credit?
